Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales and Client Experience Associate to become part of our expanding team at Jack Weir & Sons, a family-operated fine jewelry business specializing in luxury goods. This position is ideal for an individual who is flexible, methodical, and excels in roles that involve direct client interaction. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, providing support throughout the entire sales process—from handling initial inquiries and conducting client outreach to managing virtual consultations and post-purchase coordination.
This role presents a pathway to develop into an accomplished sales expert, offering the chance to learn from a leading industry professional while ensuring our customers receive a premium service experience.
Primary Duties
Sales and Client Communications
- Reply to all incoming queries via email, chat, social media, and telephone within 30 minutes during operating hours.
- Host virtual and in-person meetings with potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication with current clients through emails and phone calls.
- Support weekly live sales events by managing client follow-ups and addressing questions.
Customer Support and Order Fulfillment
- Work with the administration and fulfillment team on tasks such as resizing, repairs, shipping, and custom orders.
- Act as the main point of contact for any post-sale service and logistical questions.
- Record and update deal status, client preferences, and communication history in the HubSpot CRM system.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with the marketing department to engage with warm leads and help secure opportunities.
- Work alongside the sales lead to improve client outreach approaches and monitor deal performance.
- Take part in local and national pop-up events or retail shows as necessary (some travel may be required).

Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday on-site at our Beverly Hills showroom.
- Occasional weekend travel for retail events is expected.

- Provide an outstanding client experience at every stage of interaction.
- Support sales pipeline growth by cultivating leads, maintaining consistent follow-up, and overseeing logistical details.
Key Performance Indicators
- Lead Response Time: Within 30 minutes during business hours.
- Follow-Up Completion: 100% of open deals contacted weekly.
- Client Engagement Rate: Over 25% of previous clients re-engaged each quarter.
- Appointment Close Rate: Minimum 40% conversion from appointments to active deals.
- Sales Contribution: Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Service Request Resolution Time: Less than 48 hours.
