This role offers an hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses. Pay is distributed on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on the specific position. This is a full-time opportunity for a Home Improvement Representative.

Join Our Successful Team

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our home improvement team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. Your primary objective will be to engage with homeowners, provide information about our services, and arrange FREE estimate appointments for our project specialists.

Primary Duties

• Visit assigned neighborhoods door-to-door.
• Speak with homeowners about various home improvement services, such as windows, roofing, and solar installations.
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Confidently and positively represent the company.

This is not a commission-only role. Every representative is guaranteed a base hourly pay, with additional commissions and performance bonuses on top. We provide this strong foundation because we believe in the value of our services and in our team members\' potential for success.

As a member of our field team, you will meet homeowners in person within local communities, introduce our wide array of remodeling and home upgrade solutions, and assist in scheduling complimentary consultations.
