Compensation

• Guaranteed base rate of $20 per hour.

Schedule

• This is a full-time role requiring availability five days per week.
• Shifts are conducted during daytime hours.
• The position begins with a compensated five-day trial period.

Key Duties

• Conducting door-to-door outreach in designated areas.
• Engaging with homeowners to discuss solar energy and home improvement initiatives.
• Scheduling qualified appointments for further consultation (this role does not involve sales or closing).
• Working collaboratively within a team in assigned neighborhood territories.
