Become an Appointment Setter with a premier, locally operated home improvement firm based in Encino. We are experiencing rapid growth and need upbeat, optimistic team members to support the expansion of our sales force.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls using pre-qualified, high-interest leads, employing effective techniques to present our offerings.
- Schedule appointment times that accommodate both the client\'s availability and our sales team\'s calendar.
- Use CRM systems, for example Salesforce, to record customer interactions, update details, and monitor scheduling objectives.
- Screen leads by attentively listening and asking relevant questions to ensure appointments are set with truly interested parties.
- Perform follow-up communications with potential clients to confirm appointments and address any additional inquiries.
- Interact with homeowners in a courteous and businesslike manner.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in telemarketing or inside sales.
- Telemarketing or appointment setting experience is mandatory.
- Outstanding English communication skills, with the capacity to convey value clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient negotiation abilities to arrange mutually suitable appointment times.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or comparable systems for managing client relations.
- Understanding of technology or technical sales principles is advantageous.
- Capable of efficiently managing outbound call initiatives while sustaining a constructive outlook.
- A customer service focus aimed at establishing connection and credibility with prospects.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that rewards initiative.
