This is a period of significant growth for Action Marketing! As our operations expand, we are actively seeking to add several talented individuals to our team immediately. We are looking for energetic and personable candidates who possess strong conversational skills and take pleasure in speaking with homeowners throughout the United States and Canada.

You could interview today and begin work tomorrow! We provide paid training for all new hires. This role involves managing an appointment-setting campaign using a pre-qualified database. There is no cold calling involved. Every appointment you schedule is confirmed at least one to two weeks in advance, and you may coordinate with either spouse. This position offers a stable workflow where tasks can be efficiently managed.

We provide a guaranteed hourly wage, supplemented by bonuses for each appointment you successfully book. Additionally, we offer daily cash incentives.
