Vector Marketing is currently seeking individuals to fill part-time customer sales roles. The main duties involve interacting with customers, promoting our Cutco product line, and processing orders. A guaranteed base compensation is provided regardless of sales performance, though representatives can increase their earnings through commissions. No prior experience is necessary.

We offer adaptable scheduling, ideal for those seeking supplementary income that fits around existing commitments.

Position Details:

• Excellent Pay: Competitive starting base pay of $27.00 per appointment, not contingent on sales. Additional commission is available based on individual performance.
• Solid Training: Comprehensive training is provided before starting, with ongoing support and further development opportunities throughout your tenure.
• Product: We represent Cutco products, primarily for home use with a focus on kitchenware and select gardening tools. No previous knowledge of home goods is required.
• Advancement: Long-term representatives, including those working part-time, have access to multiple career progression paths, including management and professional sales roles.
• Flexible Scheduling: We assist representatives in building a schedule that suits their needs. Options range from full availability to highly flexible or minimal hours, accommodating classes, other jobs, family, internships, or travel.
• Location: After initial training, work is conducted from home and locally. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
