• Your role involves locating specific properties for investors to purchase, earning commissions ranging from $2,500 to over $10,000 per transaction.
• After identifying a property, you will contact the homeowner to negotiate a fair purchase price.
• Once the property is under contract, you will add your fee and then assign the contract to an investor. The investor will complete the purchase within 2 to 3 weeks using a reputable title company.
• THE INVESTORS PROVIDE THE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASES; YOU WILL NOT NEED TO USE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL MONEY.
• You can participate in person or virtually from anywhere in the USA.
• This can be done while maintaining a full-time job.

TRAINING, CONTRACTS, AND MENTORSHIP

There is no final examination, and anyone who completes the training can begin wholesaling immediately.
