A well-established property firm with a 25-year history is seeking a driven local business manager to oversee its regional real estate ventures. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for all current projects and will be tasked with making and finalizing offers on new acquisitions.

The company\'s system provides both the investment opportunities and the necessary capital. Your role will involve submitting offers, closing transactions, and then selling or exchanging those properties for a profit.

The owner is developing a nationwide network of regional managers. These managers will source properties for the parent company and for themselves, facilitating sales or trades with other managers in the network.

Once the territory is fully operational, the potential earnings are significant. The position is designed to be so profitable that you could achieve financial independence within three to five years by selling your established area, either back to the company or to another interested party.

The owner has collaborated extensively with several prominent figures in real estate and entertainment, including Daymond John from ABC\'s \"Shark Tank,\" Tarek and Christina El Moussa from \"Flip or Flop,\" Robert Kiyosaki of \"Rich Dad\" fame, Than Merrill from A&E\'s \"Flip This House,\" and Drew and Jonathan Scott, known as \"The Property Brothers,\" among others.

You are guaranteed a minimum of five deals in your first year through our system to manage, trade, or sell for profit, all while contributing to our expansion. This guarantee is provided in writing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee each project from initial purchase through to final sale or exchange.
  • Submit several offers each week, with each offer requiring approximately five to ten minutes to complete.
  • Conduct follow-ups on previous offers.
  • Supervise a network of deal scouts utilizing our exclusive off-market sourcing system.

Qualifications:

  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Possess a strong focus on details.
  • Be a natural problem-solver.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
  • Have a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Maintain good credit to instill confidence in potential investment partners.
  • Previous negotiation experience is advantageous.
  • Have the ambition to run your own established territory.
  • Be prepared to commit at least five to ten hours per week initially.
