REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in selling marketing products or services. Digital marketing sales experience is ideal, but we will also evaluate those with a history in B2B sales of print, radio, television, or similar media.
  • Familiarity with online marketing, particularly SEO and Google Ads.
  • Proven skill in lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with outbound sales and cold calling.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A confident personal presence, authoritative speaking style, and command of your tone.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is advantageous.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure.
  • A self-driven, professional, and optimistic attitude.
  • Skill in clearly and concisely articulating our marketing services to distinguish us from competitors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours weekly, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacting potential clients from provided lists within our targeted industries and regions.
  • Building prospect lists and developing outreach strategies based on company guidelines and objectives.
  • Utilizing, managing, and refining company-supplied scripts and materials for cold outreach.
  • Ensuring prompt and professional follow-up with all potential clients.
  • Researching the background, offerings, and goals of prospects and clients to recommend optimal solutions, acting as a consultant rather than just a sales representative.
  • Staying informed about industry trends that create opportunities for client solutions.
  • Managing the proper transition of qualified prospects to the strategy team for finalizing agreements.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to client requests for proposals or additional information.
  • Participating in sales meetings and training programs.
  • Providing management with regular updates using the company\'s sales forecasting and tracking tools.

For positions in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour. Final compensation may differ based on individual experience, qualifications, performance on skills assessments, geographic location, and the role\'s seniority. For positions outside these states, compensation may vary from the stated range.
