I am assembling a nationwide sales team for Aonxi, an artificial intelligence platform that enabled our representatives to secure 24 million dollars in sales within a nine-month period, serving home-care agencies throughout the United States.

You will be provided with all the necessary tools for success:

• Pre-qualified leads and personalized sales training
• A cold-calling assistant to eliminate time wasted on dialing

Compensation Structure:

• Begin with a starting base of $20 per hour
• Receive $500 for each completed sale
• Earn $50 every month for each active client you have secured

Achieve new client milestones to automatically increase your hourly base rate:

1. 4 clients = $20 per hour
2. 8 clients = $40 per hour
3. 15 clients = $60 per hour
4. 20 clients = $80 per hour
5. 25+ clients = $100 per hour

Earnings Example:

Closing one sale per day results in approximately 20 sales per month. This translates to $10,000 in commissions, plus a $12,800 base salary, and $1,000 in residuals, totaling $23,800 for the month.

After one year, your annual earnings can range from $165,000 to $200,000, with $12,000 in recurring monthly income that continues even during time off.
