Bombshell Salon is actively seeking skilled and driven hair stylists as well as salon assistants. As an upscale establishment, we consistently attract new clientele to provide opportunities for our stylists. However, we also desire individuals who contribute unique talents and actively participate in self-promotion and business development. Our compensation structure operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis with a reverse commission model.

For Stylists

We welcome talented professionals who are ambitious and bring their own strengths to our team. A key part of this role involves taking initiative to market yourself and cultivate a personal client base.

For Assistants

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who holds a current cosmetology license. This position offers the valuable chance to train under our leading stylists with a clear career progression path toward becoming a floor stylist.
