Position:

Barber sought for a men\'s grooming salon.

Location:

Valley Village, California

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time hours available.

Duties:

• Performing both traditional and contemporary haircuts.
• Providing beard trimming and contouring services.
• Ensuring the work area is kept tidy and well-organized.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience working as a barber.
• Possession of a current and valid barber license or certification.
• An enthusiastic and personable demeanor.
• In-depth understanding of current grooming trends, equipment, and methods.

Compensation:

The commission structure is based on clientele origin. For clientele provided to you, the split is 60% to the barber and 40% to the shop. For clientele you bring in yourself, the split is 70% to the barber and 30% to the shop. Monthly commission earnings have the potential to reach up to $10,000.
