Who May Be Eligible?

• Individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Those diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy for a minimum of 3 months.
• Those experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath, fatigue, difficulty breathing while lying down, swelling in the legs or abdomen, or heart palpitations.
