The ideal applicant will possess customer service skills and prior experience in a dispensary retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must maintain excellent personal hygiene.
• Must possess a minimum of five years of experience within the cannabis industry.
• Must own all required Level 3 security equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must possess a bulletproof vest.
• Must possess a duty belt.
• Uniform must be maintained in excellent, presentable condition.
• Must demonstrate a proactive attitude.
• No personal phone use is permitted while on duty.
• Facial hair, if present, must be kept neatly groomed and professional.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for all staff and the premises.
• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and proactively address safety concerns.
• Disperse loitering individuals from the property.
• Direct traffic as necessary and relocate vehicles parked illegally or in unauthorized areas.
• Verify identification for all individuals seeking entry.
• Utilize a metal detector wand to screen for weapons.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Arrive punctually for all shifts.
• Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior grounds to maintain a visible security presence.
• Check that guests possess the proper credentials for facility access.
• Must be capable of standing for extended durations.
• Remove trespassers or unauthorized persons from the property.

Projected Schedule

6:00 AM to 10:30 PM (Open availability is required)

Position Status & Compensation

• Status: Armed Security
• Pay Cycle: Weekly
• Hourly Rate: $20 to $21
