Security Field Supervisor Position - $22.00 per hour (Brentwood Area)

Elite Asset Protection is currently accepting applications for a full-time armed field supervisor role.

This uniformed position operates from our Brentwood office and involves the use of a company vehicle. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, self-motivated individuals who can work independently without close supervision. We are specifically seeking applicants with a solid background in roles such as post commander, field supervisor, or account supervisor.

Starting Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
Available Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (specific days to be determined).

Essential Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid BSIS guard card and Exposed Firearm permit.
• Valid California driver\'s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving history.
• Proven capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication abilities, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Availability to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails during emergency situations.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role such as lead officer, field supervisor, post commander, or account supervisor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-up.
• Previous experience with scheduling is necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle.
• Provide support to branch and scheduling managers with assigned duties.
• Accurately complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
• Train and provide guidance to security officers.
• Respond promptly to operational emergencies.
• Manage call-offs and adjust security officer schedules as needed.
• Conduct site visits to perform post inspections and meet with clients.
• Report any operational issues or concerns to management.
