ABOUT THE ROLE

Rinse is looking for a dependable and meticulous Dry Cleaning Attendant. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and hands-on experience in garment care, including stain treatment, pressing, and clothing assembly. Preference will be given to individuals with knowledge of point-of-sale or invoicing systems, technical aptitude, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Examine, categorize, and label garments precisely and carefully.
• Utilize point-of-sale, invoicing, and internal tracking systems to log and manage individual customer orders.
• For candidates with relevant experience: perform spot treatment on stained garments and press items accurately, maintaining a focus on quality assurance throughout each step.
• Reassemble garments after cleaning, ensuring each order is complete and correct.
• Keep the work area tidy, orderly, and safe.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling any inquiries or issues with a professional and understanding manner.
• Adhere to all established safety protocols and company regulations.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE

• A strong focus on customer service and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience with POS systems, invoicing software, and data-tracking tools is advantageous.
• Superior communication skills and the capacity to work well within a team.
• A receptive attitude toward feedback, with a desire to learn and advance within the organization.
• Prior background in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred.
• The physical capability to remain standing for extended periods and to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a personal smartphone and the ability to operate a company-specific application.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends when necessary.
