Line Technician / Service Technician / Mechanic
Earn up to $75 per hour based on your experience, plus an excellent benefits package! This is a genuine opportunity to receive a sign-on bonus of up to $36,000 for the right candidate, determined by certifications, and includes relocation assistance. Making the switch from Ford is straightforward. Additional performance-based bonuses are available. A Christmas bonus is awarded based on flagged hours and grows with your tenure. Land Rover of Roaring Fork is seeking an experienced Line Technician, Service Technician, or Mechanic proficient in basic maintenance tasks such as steering, suspension, flushes, and water pump replacements. Responsibilities – Line / Service Technician:
- Execute high-quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer specifications for recalls, general maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Clearly document and communicate necessary repairs, parts, and time estimates.
- Repair or replace faulty mechanical and technological components.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Install equipment, components, and systems.
- Conduct vehicle testing before and after service.
- Repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, in line with skills and certifications.
Qualifications/Requirements – Line / Service Technician:
- Diagnostic experience is preferred.
- Automotive repair experience is essential, particularly with steering, suspension, brakes, maintenance, and electrical systems.
- ASE certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency with various computerized systems.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable work ethic.
- Valid driver\'s license with a good driving record.
