Smart Build, LLC, a rapidly expanding family-operated renovation firm, is looking for skilled and insured subcontractors in all specialties to become part of our preferred network for a major renovation project in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California.
Our expertise lies in the comprehensive renovation of apartment buildings, hotels, and senior care facilities, covering both interior and exterior work. Our current project pipeline includes more than 600 apartment units slated for renovation this year, with a completion rate of 12 to 15 units each month. This consistent growth creates a steady demand for dependable subcontracting partners.
SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED IN:
- General Contractors
- Complete Unit Rehabilitation Teams (providing carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work)
- Carpenters (both licensed and non-licensed)
- Licensed Plumbers and Electricians
- Painters for Interior and Exterior Projects
- Flooring and Tile Installers
- Granite Installers
- Roofing and Siding Specialists
- Masons
- Handymen and Maintenance Personnel
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be properly licensed and carry both General Liability and Worker\'s Compensation insurance.
- Must supply own tools, equipment, and have consistent transportation.
- Previous experience with commercial or multi-family renovation projects is necessary.
- Applicants should be prepared to provide before-and-after photographs of past work along with professional references.
