Regarding the Position

We operate as a contemporary home maintenance firm that manages all administrative details, allowing you to concentrate on delivering superior craftsmanship. You will not need to solicit clients, pursue payments, or handle unexpected, urgent assignments.

Common responsibilities encompass:

• Preventative upkeep (replacing filters, testing alarms, applying caulk)
• General repairs (patching drywall, touching up paint, installing mounts)
• Basic electrical and plumbing work (replacing switches, faucets, garbage disposals)
• Minor carpentry, audio-visual equipment installation, and seasonal duties

Assignments are clustered geographically on the West Side to minimize extensive daily travel.

Desired Qualifications

• Substantial experience in handyman services and home repair
• Outstanding communication skills and a personable demeanor
• Neat, courteous, and professional conduct within client homes
• Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing work
• Access to a dependable vehicle and personal tools
• Possession of a valid driver\'s license and clearance on a background check
• General liability insurance (assistance is available for obtaining this)

Additional valued skills include custom fabrication and installation, a creative \"maker\" approach, experience with luxury properties, or an artistic background.

What We Provide

• Compensation of $30 per hour (as a 1099 contractor)
• 20 to 40 hours of work per week
