Now Hiring Rain Gutter Technicians Part Time / Full Time (San Pedro)

About This Job

We are seeking Rain Gutter Technicians to join a long-standing and quickly expanding rain gutter company serving the South Bay Area. We are prepared to train suitable candidates, though individuals with prior experience in seamless rain gutter installation will be considered for higher compensation. Our services also include cleaning and repair work. Please be advised that this position involves labor in hot and dirty conditions. It is not suitable for those accustomed to working in clean, climate-controlled environments. Each morning, weather permitting, the crew meets at our San Pedro shop between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with the precise time determined by the location of our first assignment. Transportation to and from job sites is provided via company vehicles.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working with extension ladders.
• Must be capable of working at the roofline without a fear of heights.
• Starting wage is $20.00 per hour.
• A $1.00 per hour raise will be granted for perfect on-time attendance across two full pay periods.
• Position is classified as 1099 contract work. No taxes will be withheld from your payment.
• Must possess a valid California Driver\'s License and maintain a clean driving record.
• Must own and have consistent daily access to a personal vehicle.

Additional Notes:

The use of drugs on the job site is strictly prohibited. Activities during personal time are a private matter, unless they begin to negatively impact business operations.
