Required Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and available for 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, for the duration of each project.
• Must possess a functioning smartphone.
• Must have a dependable truck or van, along with the necessary basic tools.

Preferred Skills and Assets:

• Mid-level to journeyman experience is highly desirable.
• At a minimum, ownership of the following tools is preferred:
  1. Miter saw with stand
  2. Air compressor and hoses
  3. Nail guns
  4. Circular saw
  5. Jigsaw
  6. Assorted hand tools
  7. Cordless impact driver and drill
• Excellent communication abilities; proficiency in Spanish is beneficial.
• Prior experience in installing doors, jambs, wall paneling, cabinets, and tongue-and-groove materials is a significant advantage.
