Responsibilities

• Identify and fix a wide range of plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and drain problems.
• Set up new plumbing fixtures and household appliances.
• Install MoenFlo devices.
• Maintain and service current plumbing systems.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers.
• Keep in regular contact with dispatch regarding job progress, any delays, and required assistance.
• Handle authorization processes with home warranty companies.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing work.
• Solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong abilities in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Must possess a dependable personal vehicle, necessary tools, and a phone.
• Previous experience dealing with home warranty companies is required.
