What We Offer

• Full-time employment with a consistent 40-hour work week.
• Competitive pay ranging from $34 to $36 per hour, which equates to approximately $70,000 to $75,000 annually, plus equity.
• A $500 sign-on bonus awarded after your first 30 days.
• Favorable hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no night or weekend shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of home repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical work, and smart device installation.
• Manage a local route serving approximately 40 homes.
• Develop lasting, trust-based relationships with homeowners as their go-to professional.

Our Requirements

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience across multiple trades.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a commitment to completing jobs correctly on the first attempt.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• A customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment from working directly with homeowners.
• Reliability, demonstrated by a valid driver\'s license, dependable vehicle, and your own tools.
