We are currently seeking Full-Time Delivery Drivers with a starting wage of $23 per hour. Positions offer up to 40 hours per week, with potential for up to 50 hours during certain weeks in the Christmas period. Availability on Sundays is required. Part-Time applicants are also welcome to apply.

Interviews are held at our Burbank station from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Weekend interview scheduling is available if necessary.

Our station is situated adjacent to the Bob Hope Burbank Airport.

Standard shifts range from 8 to 10 hours, varying by day and individual experience. Our operation runs all seven days of the week.

Commercial, DOT, or CDL driving experience (or related work experience) is beneficial but not a requirement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately handle and deliver packages within designated timeframes
• Safely operate and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; adhere to all local, state, and company driving regulations and policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction even under stressful conditions
• Maintain pace in a physically demanding role; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); enter and exit the delivery vehicle multiple times daily at various locations
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure delivery completion
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, package scanning, and administrative tasks such as clocking in/out, and to communicate with supervisors and colleagues
• Load and unload packages into the delivery vehicle
• Support team objectives, including assisting other drivers with their routes when needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have held a valid California driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year (Physical card required)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (excluding Cannabis)
• Must possess a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify applicants)
• Must have proficient English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
