Seasonal Amazon Delivery Driver (Vernon/Los Angeles)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Delivery Associate to provide seasonal assistance.

Vernon 90058 / Upper South Los Angeles 90011

Start Date & Schedule

The position begins immediately. The schedule is 2 to 4 days per week, with shifts typically lasting 4 to 5 hours. Operational hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Compensation

Pay averages between $20 and $25 per hour, calculated based on assigned routes. Daily earnings generally range from $110 to $140.

Experience

Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience as a delivery driver for services such as UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, Lyft, Grubhub, or Uber Eats is beneficial but not required. Candidates must be comfortable operating a minivan.

Responsibilities

• Collect packages from our local warehouse in Vernon, located near the Alameda swap meet.
• Assist with loading packages into the vehicle.
• Deliver packages to both residential and business addresses.
• Ensure all packages are delivered securely and in a timely manner.
• Represent our team with professionalism and care for customers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver\'s License and access to a reliable vehicle for commuting.
• An Android smartphone for use with the Amazon Flex application.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. The average package weight ranges from 0.5 to 5 pounds.
• A clean driving record.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good communication skills are essential.
