Compensation: 25–27% of Gross Revenue | Typical Monthly Gross: $21,000–$25,000 | Return Home Every 1–2 Weeks

We are seeking seasoned CDL-A drivers interested in reliable regional assignments that offer consistent mileage and competitive earnings. If you reside in or around Los Angeles, CA, this opportunity allows you to operate premium Freightliner Cascadia dry van equipment, with strong income prospects and predictable home time.

Role Information:

Compensation Plan:

• W2 Drivers: Receive 25% of gross revenue, with an additional potential bonus of up to 1% for safety equipment checks and fuel efficiency.
• 1099 Drivers: Receive 27% of gross revenue, with the same potential bonus of up to 1% for safety equipment checks and fuel efficiency.
• Average Monthly Gross Revenue: $21,000–$25,000
• Average Monthly Mileage: 7,500–10,000 miles
• Home Schedule: Return every 1–2 weeks, usually on a Saturday or Sunday (driver\'s preference).
• Cargo Type: Exclusively no-touch, dry van freight.
• Fleet: Freightliner Cascadia tractors, maintained to high standards and fully automatic.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver\'s License.
• Prior experience in regional or over-the-road (OTR) driving is necessary.
• Must successfully complete a DOT physical examination and drug screening.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Operating Territory: Western Regional Routes

Drive optimized and well-known routes throughout the 11 Western states: California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

• No travel to the East Coast.
• No coast-to-coast assignments.
