About This Job

We are looking for a meticulous and self-motivated data entry specialist to oversee daily container monitoring and facilitate seamless coordination with transportation providers for delivery scheduling. This position requires tracking container activity via digital platforms, maintaining internal records, and liaising with drivers to ensure timely appointment bookings.

Primary Duties

  • Monitor the movement of inbound and outbound containers each day using specified online portals and tracking tools.
  • Enter container status updates and related details into the company’s internal database to preserve information accuracy.
  • Contact transportation providers daily to prompt them to arrange and verify delivery appointments.
  • Verify that all containers are correctly recorded within the internal system.
  • Notify the appropriate team member of any containers that are missing or not logged for prompt resolution.
  • Support the coordination of delivery timetables to enhance logistical productivity.
  • Sustain clear, prompt communication with operations staff, drivers, and warehouse teams.
  • Carry out additional administrative or support tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High degree of accuracy and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and persistent follow-up skills, particularly when interacting with drivers.
  • Prior experience with Port Pro is mandatory (training may be provided to a suitable candidate).
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
  • Previous experience in driver recruitment is considered a significant advantage.
  • This is an onsite position; remote work is not available.
  • At least one year of experience as a port dispatcher is required.
