AAA BSP / Tow Technician (Los Angeles)

Eagle Rock Club Service is currently hiring for driver positions.

The company has immediate full-time openings for tow truck operators and battery service technicians. Consider becoming a member of our team.

Essential Requirements for All Applicants:

• Must be at least 25 years old to meet insurance criteria.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
• Possession of a valid California driver\'s license is mandatory.
• Must maintain a clean driving history for the past three years.
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Upon hiring, must agree to complete AAA Certified Training courses.
• Upon hiring, must be available for flexible scheduling and open to overtime work.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
• A friendly and constructive demeanor is essential.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance and maintain proper hygiene.
• Must be a dependable and trustworthy individual.
• Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Battery Service Provider (BSP) roles.
• Previous towing experience using wheel lifts, flatbeds, or providing battery service.
• Existing AAA certifications.
• Fluency in an additional language.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
