LITEMAKERS, a lighting services provider with over a decade of experience serving club, concert, and corporate event clients, is looking for skilled Lighting Designers, Programmers, and Operators for ongoing independent contractor positions.
About the Work
We provide lighting support for a diverse range of events, including:
- Nightclubs and dance venues
- Concerts and live music performances
- Corporate and private events
- Special events and one-off productions
Your role will involve programming, operating, and troubleshooting lighting systems on location within dynamic, professional settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience with MA2 and MA3 consoles (programming, operation, patching, showfiles)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety protocols
- Professional demeanor and reliability are absolutely critical
- Must have independent contractor status (1099)
- Must possess reliable personal transportation for travel to job sites
- Effective communication and client interaction skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and adapt to changing schedules
Ideal Candidates Will
- Arrive punctually for all assignments
- Operate lighting consoles with confidence and skill
- Resolve technical issues independently
- Positively represent the company to venue staff and clients
