YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• A comprehensive grasp of cross-browser compatibility challenges.
• Hands-on experience with media queries.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Twitter’s Bootstrap.
• The capability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly methodical approach to work.
• An optimistic and enthusiastic demeanor with rapid learning abilities.
• Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred).
• Experience with WordPress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify platforms (preferred).
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

• A dependable home workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet and power connections for remote work.

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Converting intricate layout PSD files into precise, pixel-perfect HTML5/CSS3 templates for the presentation layer.
• Developing responsive website designs.
• Constructing websites using WordPress, including the extension and development of plugins and themes.
• Utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to produce web-optimized graphics.
• Operating version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
• Meeting demanding deadlines.
• Managing several projects simultaneously.
• Delivering work of superior quality with a sharp focus on detail.

Our search engine optimization (SEO) department consists of a team of highly specialized professionals skilled in generating online traffic and revenue. Our work encompasses Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, organic search, PPC, SEM, conversion optimization, online marketing, digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, and more. This position will involve skills and responsibilities related to project management, process management, supervision, project coordination, project management, training, engagement management, and additional areas.

For candidates in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this role is between $15 and $35 per hour.

Final compensation may differ based on factors including prior experience, qualifications, performance on skills assessments, geographic location, and the seniority level of the position offered. For positions located outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the stated ranges.
