About This Service

IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU REVIEW AND ADHERE TO ALL DETAILS BELOW PRIOR TO SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

AVAILABLE HOURS

Operating hours, subject to calendar availability, are as follows:

• Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 8:00 PM.
• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

HOUSE CALL SERVICE

In-home appointments are available. These must be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance and will incur an additional travel fee of $50.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE WEBSITE. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE PERMITTED.

A $100 additional fee applies to same-day appointments, based on availability.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking. This deposit is valid for 30 days and will be applied to your final balance.

Appointments may be rescheduled once within this 30-day period at no extra charge.

The remaining balance is payable via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle.

IMPORTANT: If the outstanding balance is not settled within 24 hours after the service is completed, the credit card on file will be charged for the remaining amount.

SERVICE POLICY

Please understand that you are paying for a professional service. Due to the time and products invested, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

If you have any concerns, I am available for a consultation regarding your service within the first week following your appointment.

HAIR REQUIREMENTS

Hair is not included with the service. Clients are responsible for supplying their own hair. Rasta Afri or any pre-stretched hair is recommended.

THE USE OF XPRESSIONS BRAND HAIR IS PROHIBITED. If this hair is provided, additional charges may apply, or services may be refused.

An additional fee of $25 will be charged if hair washing is required prior to styling.
