About This Service
My name is Casey Jaramillo, a NASM-certified personal trainer seeking new clients. I operate independently from my backyard, which features a fully equipped home gym designed to deliver effective workouts. My training philosophy centers on full-body strength development and high-intensity interval training. I also prioritize teaching proper movement techniques to help clients build strength and cardiovascular endurance, enabling them to achieve their personal fitness objectives.
During our initial session, I conduct an assessment to identify any muscular imbalances and administer a series of fitness tests to establish your current fitness level. This evaluation serves as the foundation for our tailored training plan. I understand that beginning a fitness journey can be the most challenging step. Pricing Structure
- Individual Training: $50 per hour for one session per week.
- $45 per hour for two sessions per week.
- $40 per hour for three sessions per week.
- Group Training (2 people): $60 per hour.
- Group Training (3 people): $80 per hour.
- Group Training (4 people maximum): $100 per hour.
