Please note: Double drive time applies if the distance between the pickup and delivery locations exceeds 10 miles. Items weighing over 300 pounds may incur an additional charge. We have a 3-hour minimum charge for all moves.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments made via any credit/debit card or other cashless transaction methods will include a 10% surcharge.

Our Trucks Are Fully Equipped With:

• 10 wardrobe boxes (24 inches wide)
• 30 furniture pads (blankets)
• 2 large speedpack boxes for miscellaneous items
• 4 hand trucks (dollies)
• 2 four-wheel dollies
• 16 straps
• Enough plastic shrink wrap and tape to pack a 5-bedroom house
• All necessary tools and equipment to disassemble and reassemble furniture, dismount TVs, and disconnect washers and dryers

There are no extra charges for these moving supplies.

Important policies: We do not charge for travel time to or from our warehouse. The clock starts at your doorstep and stops when the move is complete. We do not impose extra charges for additional stops. We keep it simple with no upfront charges or deposits. You are free to cancel or reschedule at any time.

If parking is an issue, please obtain city parking passes for the moving truck, as the customer is responsible for any parking tickets the moving company may receive.

All licensed moving companies charge for driving time between addresses. Why? California Public Utilities Commission regulations mandate what is called \"double the driving time.\" The regulation states: \"the time used shall be the total of loading, unloading and double the driving time from point of origin to point of destination.\" In essence, you are billed for moving time plus travel time. For example, if the drive from your old home to your new one takes 30 minutes, you will be charged an additional 30 minutes.
