About This Service

We offer professional residential design and drafting services for new home construction, remodeling projects, additions, or accessory dwelling units (ADUs). With over twenty-five years of industry experience, we provide these services with no upfront design or drafting fees required. All municipal costs and third-party consultant charges—such as city plan check fees, structural engineering plans, or energy calculation fees—are the client\'s responsibility. These are to be paid directly to each consultant when their specific scope of work is initiated.

Our design and drafting fees are due only after the city has granted RTI (\"ready to issue\") permit status. This means the plan review is fully complete, the project complies with all relevant codes, and it is ready for construction once all outstanding payments have been settled.

Design and Drafting Fees

• ADU (attached or detached), garage conversion, or new single-story structure: $3,400
• New two-story ADU (attached or detached): $3,900
• Single-story remodel or addition for single or multi-family residential: $4,800 per unit
• Multi-story remodel or addition for single or multi-family residential: $5,800 per unit
• New construction for single or multi-family residential: $6 per square foot
