Extraordinary job! Gary Binder was fabulous, fast (right on schedule), clean, and knowledgeable. We had a very challenging retiling project for our 1950s kitchen countertop. Gary successfully replaced the tile while preserving the surrounding, irreplaceable burgundy tile trim—a task no one else was willing to attempt. We were thrilled with the completed work; it looks beautiful! He and his son formed an efficient team.

It has now been three weeks since my family and I settled into our new home in Pacific Palisades. Not a single day has passed without us remarking on the excellent job you did leading a large and complex team.

We are delighted to see our children running throughout the house and yard, truly enjoying their new home. I mean it sincerely when I say you have changed my family\'s life by creating this wonderful place we call home.

What is even more impressive is that we asked you to build an architect\'s design without any prior input and on a very difficult lot. Not only did you execute the plan, but you improved upon it at every opportunity. We never imagined a builder would send us \"daily sketches\" with ideas for enhancement.
