Lockout Music Studios and Creative Offices, situated on Long Beach Boulevard, provides flexible month-to-month rental options for live music rehearsal spaces. Each unit comes fully equipped with all utilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and round-the-clock access.

Simply bring your equipment and move into your own private, secure, and vacant rehearsal studio, designed for you to play at any time, day or night, with sound levels permitted up to 100 decibels.

The facility features 24/7 video surveillance, on-site maintenance, individually keyed locks for security, monthly paid garage parking, a complimentary off-street parking lot, elevator access, a dedicated loading and unloading area, and vending machines.

Units are available in small, medium, and large sizes, suitable for a variety of uses including:

All applicants must provide a valid ID to complete a background check. The initial cost includes the first month\'s studio fee (prorated if the start date is after the first of the month) plus a security deposit equal to one month\'s studio fee. The deposit may be divided into two payments over the first two months, with the first half due on the lease start date.
