About This House

Lockout Creative Offices in Diamond Bar provides exclusive, unoccupied, and secure office spaces. All utilities are included, along with complimentary wifi, air conditioning, and 24/7 access.

We presently have several units available on the second floor. Some of these offices feature private balconies and dedicated restrooms.

Covered parking is provided at no additional cost and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements include a valid ID to complete and pass a background check, as well as a security deposit equivalent to one month\'s studio fee. The monthly studio fee itself is negotiable and will be pro-rated if the lease begins after the first of the month.
