Apartment & Location

I am a 33-year-old man with an apartment in East Hollywood, situated very close to the 101 Freeway and Vermont Avenue. The unit is a 1,150 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom space. The larger bedroom, which is available, comes with its own private bathroom. The first three pictures provided show this available room.

The apartment offers several amenities:

The building is generally quiet. Its location is excellent for navigating the greater Los Angeles area. Depending on traffic, I can reach North Hollywood or Burbank in 15 to 20 minutes, Sherman Oaks in about 20 minutes, Santa Monica in 20 to 25 minutes, and Pasadena in 20 to 25 minutes. Downtown LA is very nearby, and East Los Angeles is also quite accessible.

Preferred Housemate & Lifestyle

I am open to living with anyone, though a male in his late twenties or early thirties would likely be the best fit. Please feel free to contact me via email if you do not fit that description. I have been playing guitar for two decades and am involved in a few musical projects, but I am very mindful of practice volume at home. I enjoy some gaming and anime, and the living situation is 420 friendly.

Lease & Financial Details

The current lease is on a month-to-month basis. My personal plans are stable, and I do not intend to move out before April or May at the very earliest.

The monthly rent includes one parking space in the garage, as well as trash and water service. Because water and trash costs fluctuate, the total rent varies slightly each month. It typically ranges from $1,450 to $1,550.
