About This House

Hello, I\'m Josh. I have an available room for rent in my spacious home. Please note that my motorcycle will be temporarily stored in that room during this period.

For reference, I have a background in interior design and have previously undertaken work for the Kardashian family. The residence is comfortable and is shared solely by myself and my dog.

I am seeking a roommate who is sensible, easygoing, and considerate. Beyond that, you are welcome to make yourself at home. Feel free to use appliances like the blender and coffee maker. I have disposed of the air fryer, unfortunately. You may have guests over; however, I prefer the home not to become a regular venue for parties. The unit includes a washer and dryer.

The location is near the outskirts of Downtown, approximately around the area of 4th and Linden.

The monthly rent is set at $1200, plus utilities. A security deposit will also be required. I already have a dog, so the possibility of additional pets will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

I am likely overlooking some details, so please reach out with any questions you may have.

To clarify, I did not actually perform decoration work for the Kardashians.

The bathroom located in the hallway is primarily for your use. You are welcome to stock and decorate it as you wish, but please be aware that, due to its location, it is somewhat shared as well. I have a private bathroom within my own bedroom.
