Service Coordinator and Dispatcher (Gardena)

An HVAC firm is currently seeking an experienced service coordinator and dispatcher to join the team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at solving problems and has prior background in dispatch or scheduling, particularly within the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee technician schedules, route planning, and daily job assignments.
• Monitor and log incoming calls, service jobs, and necessary follow-ups using the Service Log system.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and field technicians.
• Ensure all service requests are addressed promptly and with attention to detail.
• Provide general scheduling, coordination, and logistical support to the office team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay rate of $28 to $30, based on experience.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Prior experience in a dispatch role, with a preference for candidates from the HVAC field.
