Administrative and Creative Support Role (Part-Time)

House of AN, the family responsible for Crustacean Beverly Hills, AnQi Bistro, Crustacean San Francisco, and Tiato, is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and creative Administrative and Creative Assistant. This individual will provide support to the company\'s executive leadership.

This part-time position requires in-person work for two to three days weekly, with daily shifts of eight to ten hours. There is potential for this role to develop into a permanent, salaried position. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic setting, possess excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach, and enjoy a mix of structured administrative duties and creative projects.

Primary Duties

Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Administrative Duties

  • Overseeing, arranging, and replying to email correspondence; preparing succinct daily email summaries and reports outlining action items.
  • Serving as a point of contact between the Chief of Staff, the CEO, and the various restaurant brands under House of AN.
  • Coordinating follow-up actions, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Keeping filing systems and digital documents in good order.
  • Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of internal communications.
  • Handling both business and personal support tasks with dependability and confidentiality.
  • Completing company and personal errands as required, with mileage expenses reimbursed.

Creative and Visual Duties

  • Providing assistance with basic graphic design assignments.
  • Developing or modifying visual materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign to support the Graphics Assistant.
  • Partnering with the Chief of Staff on creative initiatives as necessary.

Operational and Logistical Duties

  • Occasional travel to the Orange County location; reliable personal transportation is essential, with mileage reimbursed.
  • Providing onsite support at Crustacean Beverly Hills and the executive home office.
  • Managing substantial workloads and adapting to changing priorities effectively.
  • Remaining composed and focused on solutions in high-pressure situations.

Desired Qualifications

The perfect candidate will possess:

  • Three to five or more years of administrative experience; background in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Superior organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
