Office Administrator Position – Commerce Area
Produce and Vegetable Industry
Primary Duties
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Generate invoices and ensure proper document upkeep.
- Perform collection calls when necessary.
- Assist the office with daily operations, light sales duties, and report preparation.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with strong data entry abilities.
- Familiarity with business software like QuickBooks or similar systems.
- Willingness to engage in customer relations calls.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving capability and aptitude for handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Outgoing, collaborative disposition with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English or Vietnamese and English is a plus.

Work Schedule
