Office Administrator Position – Commerce Area

Produce and Vegetable Industry

Primary Duties

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Generate invoices and ensure proper document upkeep.
  • Perform collection calls when necessary.
  • Assist the office with daily operations, light sales duties, and report preparation.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with strong data entry abilities.
  • Familiarity with business software like QuickBooks or similar systems.
  • Willingness to engage in customer relations calls.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and aptitude for handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Outgoing, collaborative disposition with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English or Vietnamese and English is a plus.
