Available Onsite Manager Positions

We are presently recruiting for ten separate Onsite Manager roles throughout Los Angeles County, including areas such as Castaic, Canoga Park, and various Los Angeles neighborhoods. Each property presents its own advantages, and every position includes a manager\'s apartment along with financial compensation. Specifics for each property are outlined below.

  • Position 1 – 33-Unit Property
    Address: Ridge Route Road, Castaic, CA 91384
    Language Preference: Bilingual (Spanish & English)
    Manager\'s Apartment: 1-bedroom unit
    Weekly Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours (roughly 3-4 hours per day)
  • Position 2 – 18-Unit Property
    Address: Independence Ave., Canoga Park, CA 91303
    Amenities: Fitness center, rooftop patio, in-unit laundry
    Pet Policy: Small dogs and cats permitted
    Manager\'s Apartment: 2-bedroom unit (manager contributes $600 monthly rent) - no office space
    Monthly Stipend: $1,600
    Weekly Hours: 20 hours (approximately 4 hours per day)
    Parking: Two secured underground parking spaces
    Requirement: Must be fluent in Spanish.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee contractors performing property services and verify work meets quality expectations.
  • Interact with tenants, collect rental payments, and post all legally required notices.
  • Show available units to prospective tenants, process rental applications, and complete all new lease agreements and renewals.
  • Perform daily inspections of the property, identify maintenance requirements, and conduct light cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Ensure property grounds and shared spaces are kept in excellent condition at all times.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on apartment management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management legal standards.
  • Practical experience with cleaning and basic maintenance; ability to perform minor repairs is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with AppFolio software is advantageous.
  • Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • For certain properties, the onsite manager must not smoke or have pets; please review specific property details above.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for specified properties.
