Position: Assistant for the Troubleshooting Department at a Construction Firm

Location: Woodland Hills, California

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain communication with sales representatives, delivery personnel, and clients.
  2. Address and resolve operational issues.
  3. Manage and settle customer complaints.
  4. Collaborate closely with the on-site field team.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or production is highly advantageous.
  2. Bilingual ability in Spanish or Hebrew is preferred.
  3. Must possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  4. Proficient with computer systems.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation:

Starting wage is $1000 per week, with potential adjustment based on prior experience. Employees are paid weekly every Friday.
