Position: Assistant for the Troubleshooting Department at a Construction Firm
Location: Woodland Hills, California
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with sales representatives, delivery personnel, and clients.
- Address and resolve operational issues.
- Manage and settle customer complaints.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site field team.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or production is highly advantageous.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish or Hebrew is preferred.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient with computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Compensation:
Starting wage is $1000 per week, with potential adjustment based on prior experience. Employees are paid weekly every Friday.Application Instructions:
