Full-Time Production Manager – Windows and Doors Installation Company (San Fernando)

Our established window and door company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and client-centered Production Manager to become part of our team. This is a full-time role focused on managing day-to-day activities, arranging installation schedules, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Arrange window and door installations and service visits for current clients.
• Supervise installation teams to guarantee timely project completion that meets company specifications.
• Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve any issues that occur on site.
• Dispatch and liaise with field technicians.
• Manage general office tasks, documentation, and correspondence with customers and team members.
• Secure necessary permits for job sites and manage inspection processes.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, window or door installation, or production management is beneficial. All applicants are welcome, as training will be provided.
• Solid organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Aptitude for problem-solving with a focus on precision.
• Superior communication and customer service abilities.
• Capacity to guide and assist installation crews.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with a half-day on Saturday.
• Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
