NOW HIRING: Credit and Collections Representative

Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Credit and Collections Representative to oversee customer accounts, conduct follow-ups on overdue invoices, and contribute to sustaining robust cash flow. This role is an excellent fit for an individual possessing solid communication abilities and prior experience in accounts receivable or collections.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers concerning late payments.
• Address and settle billing problems, inconsistencies, and disagreements.
• Record payments, allocate credits, and maintain accurate account updates.
• Evaluate credit applications and support the credit approval process.
• Keep detailed collection records and generate aging reports.
• Collaborate with sales and accounting departments to resolve account-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting or ERP software.
• Attentive to detail, well-organized, and dependable.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
• Must successfully complete criminal and credit background checks.
