Primary Duties and Obligations

Personal Assistance:

  • Running personal errands, handling shopping, and fulfilling specific requests.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for domestic staff, contractors, and service providers.
  • Overseeing home-related schedules, maintenance bookings, and package deliveries.
  • Monitoring and systematizing personal projects and task lists.

Administrative Duties:

  • Updating personal filing systems and records.
  • Managing private documents and information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Performing additional assigned tasks as needed.

Scheduling and Logistics:

  • Overseeing the Principal\'s personal and household calendar, including meetings, social events, and travel.
  • Arranging both domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, and detailed plans.
  • Coordinating bookings for restaurants, events, tickets, and personal commitments.

Required Skills and Background

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a role such as personal assistant, executive assistant, or production assistant. Relevant experience from fields like film or photography will be considered.
  • Demonstrated capability to use good judgment in various scenarios, supported by superior written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Exhibits a high degree of precision and meticulousness.
  • Established history of protecting confidentiality and managing sensitive issues appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational talents with a proven skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • A self-motivated individual who can foresee requirements and act promptly.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and timetables.

Further Details

The annual salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 for a standard 40-hour workweek, determined by prior experience. Overtime hours are paid at a rate of 1.5 times the standard hourly wage.

A comprehensive benefits package is provided, which includes a company contribution to the 401(k) retirement plan.

The period between Christmas and New Year\'s Day is observed as a paid company holiday.
