Michael Jay Berger and Sofya Davtyan are seeking a temporary clerk for their bankruptcy law practice. Both attorneys are Certified Specialists in Bankruptcy Law, maintaining a dynamic and prosperous firm that handles all areas of bankruptcy, with particular expertise in Chapter 11 cases. They have an immediate need for a copy, mail, and data entry clerk for a minimum period of two months, with the potential for extension. The position offers compensation of $25.00 per hour for full-time work.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be intelligent and possess strong attention to detail.
• Capable of identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.
• Proficient with basic computer operations.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Best Case Bankruptcy Software, Microsoft Word, Act!, and Timeslips.
• Prior experience in a comparable role is necessary.
• Exhibits a pleasant demeanor, optimistic outlook, collaborative spirit, and excellent client and colleague interaction skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature.
• Maintains good health and a high level of energy.
• Well-organized in approach to work.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
