The State Property Organization is currently seeking two Bilingual Quality Analysts, proficient in both Spanish and English. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify and qualify scheduled appointments for homeowners on behalf of our home improvement sales division.

This position does not involve sales as its core function, though minor persuasive elements are required. Your main duties will involve making phone calls, conducting verification, and performing follow-ups to ensure confirmed appointments are kept.

We are looking to hire dependable and professional female candidates who possess excellent communication abilities.

COMPENSATION

• Rate of $27 per hour
• Eligibility for commission-based bonuses
• Pay issued on a weekly basis

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time hours
• Position based in Hollywood

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contacting and confirming appointments with homeowners
• Assessing the level of interest and qualification
• Ensuring all appointments are attended punctually
• Recording detailed notes within the CRM system
• Maintaining daily communication with sales managers
