Dispatcher Position Available with Construction Firm

Location: Sherman Oaks, California

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must also be available for after-hours communication via phone.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and qualifying potential customer leads.
  • Confirming and scheduling appointments generated by telemarketing efforts.
  • Distributing leads to Sales Representatives and verifying receipt.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Dispatcher within the construction industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven capacity to interact effectively with both prospective clients and an internal sales team.
  • Direct prior experience in telemarketing is mandatory.
  • Background in sales is considered a beneficial asset.
  • Must be dynamic, capable of thriving in a rapid-paced setting, and adept at learning new processes quickly.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems.

Compensation: Monthly earnings range from $5,000 to $10,000, which includes potential bonus incentives.
